The workshop was organised by MARS PAC in collaboration with the CO-Extra and TRACE consortia.
The aim of this workshop was to have open and constructive discussion about risk and cost benefit analysis applied to analytical and documentary traceability implemented in the food and feed chain, including internal traceability at farm level.
